Im not really into Anime/Manga but shortly ago i've seen one episode of X, CFG and Hellsing at VIVA (some years ago i've already seen X-The Film which I liked but it was first a bit confusing to me )
I just like the drawing style - haven't too much further experience. Oh yes i've seen Orguss 02 some time ago - not too bad.

What series do you like/recommend?

Hm, you should try Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gundam Wing and Record of Lodoss War ..nice Animes with a good drawing-style

i think Evangelion was the anime used in the music video of Rammstein - Engel. Where to watch this series'? Are the on public TV atm?

Evangelion once was transmitted on VOX ..I think two years ago but it was very late from zero till three am. As far as I know got VOX rid of the right zu broadcast Evangelion. It'a pitty, but don't lose hope. One day it will surly come back on another programm

It's about a "normal" boy who has to puke when he dates girls. Then a girl from the future arrives to inject him a DNA modifing medicine because he was the first "megaplayboy" (somehow stupid ) but by an mistake she causes him to become the megaplayboy instead of preventing it - so he starts transformating...
Just seen the first 3 eps - no idea what to happen then...

I was by careers guidance this morning.

You know, I want to become an Egyptologist. However, to study that, you need good English and French knowledge. Well, I guess my English is good enough, but the French thing is a big problem. You see, this is my 4th year French at school, and I’m soo bad at this subject. I have problems to get a 4…
And we’re just at the second book, we should be at the fourth book…
So I can’t choose French at the Gymnasium! I have to learn Spanish, if there’s nothing else.
To become an Egyptologist, I also need to learn Latin and Greek. It’s good to know Hebrew, Italian and so on…

If I’m lucky, I can choose Latin at the 11. Otherwise I have to learn Spanish, I don’t want to learn this damn language!! Another opportunity is, to go 1 whole year to France and learn the language there. But this is expensive and I really don’t want to go to France…

What are the reasons that you want to study this? It sounds interesting but are there that many artefacts left to do some new research?

@ satu: be carefull if you want to laern latin, just do it if you really want!!! i study latin in the 3rd yaer now and especially the grammar is really difficult!!! i also have spanish lessons, and i can tell you that spanish is much easier...
but on the other hand: spanish i boring...and in latin you mostly translate...

by the way: why does everyone here speak french??? i don't understand a word... ^^

sure...in some way every language is interesting...but it seems like everybody speeks french.
